Hours and Pay

• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
• Schedule Options:
  • Monday-Thursday, 6:00 a.m.
    
    - 4:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.
    
    - 4:30 p.m
  • Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm OR 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm

• Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

What You'll Do

• Assemble medical devices and small components with precision and consistency
• Operate basic machinery and inspection equipment used in medical device manufacturing
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks using hands, tweezers, magnification, and other visual aids
• Maintain strict clean room standards, including cleaning floors, tables, equipment, and storage containers
• Follow documented manufacturing procedures and quality standards
• Wear required clean room attire, including gowns, gloves, hair nets, safety glasses, and shoe covers
• Work independently while collaborating with team members to meet production goals
• Support overtime needs on weekdays or weekends as required

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• 2-4 years of prior manufacturing experience, including small-part assembly
• Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance
• Ability to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Comfort working in repetitive-motion environments for extended periods
• Ability to sit and stand for long durations throughout the shift
• Willingness to work overtime as business needs require
