• Operate one or more previously set up machines
• Loading supplied programs
• Run production to productivity and quality standard
• Make adjustments and perform tool changes (

  operator must demonstrate command of this expectation prior to making adjustments without supervision). All operators are expected to obtain this ability
• Complete daily maintenance and 5S standards
• Communicate work status
• Follow policies and procedures, Vision, Values, Principles, and Philosophies
• Maintain acceptable attendance
• Any specifically assigned task

• A proven track record in operation of CNC machines
• Must be able to use tools, equipment, and work aids, such as precision gauges and measuring instruments
• Demonstrated competency in various materials, tooling, and processes
• Have excellent mechanical and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to gather information on job processes and report back to management with process improvements
• Shop math (i.e. add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions, decimals, percentages)
• Must possess blueprint reading skills, including GD&T
• Technical School certificate/degree preferred

• Lifting up to 50lbs, including bending, twisting, crouching, etc
• Must be able to stand for 10 hour work shift
• Must be able to work with oils/coolants
• Must be able to work in noisy environment
