You’ll be the go‑to expert ensuring the smooth operation of equipment in the Flavor and Popcorn departments — helping keep production flowing safely, efficiently, and reliably.

• Repair & maintain equipment:
  Auger Fillers, Gable Top Carton Filling Machines, Vertical Form/Fill/Seal Machines, Combination Scales, Conveyors, Ink Jet Printers, Liquid Processors, Ribbon Blenders, Vibratory Screens, X‑Ray & Metal Detection Systems
• Install, program, maintain, and troubleshoot PLCs & industrial controls
• Set up, adjust, and maintain machinery to meet production & quality targets
• Diagnose & repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems
• Perform equipment changeovers & scheduled PMs
• Conduct routine inspections & report maintenance needs
• Interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, schematics & specifications

• Hands-­on experience repairing the equipment listed above
• Strong PLC installation, programming & troubleshooting abilities
• Skilled with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems
• Experience performing equipment changeovers & PM schedules
• Ability to read/interpret manuals, schematics & technical documents

• Facility, electrical, HVAC, or plumbing maintenance experience
• Preventive & corrective maintenance skills
• Knowledge of electrical systems & boiler maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting mindset
• Comfortable working with motors, controls & industrial systems

This is a Permanent position based out of Cincinnati, OH.

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $65000.00/yr.

90 % company paid benefits minimal OT day shift benefits PTO/401 K, company profit sharing

This is a fully onsite position in Cincinnati, OH.

This position is anticipated to close on Mar 8, 2026.
