Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Electrical Assembler to join our team in Fairfield, OH. This role is perfect for individuals who have a keen eye for detail and a passion for electrical assembly in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Review daily work orders, assembly drawings, and wiring diagrams before starting tasks.

• Gather tools, materials, and components needed for the day's builds.

• Assemble electrical parts such as coils, sensors, harnesses, transformers, or control units.

• Perform soldering, crimping, wire routing, and mechanical fastening.

• Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.

• Collaborate with quality inspectors or engineers to resolve issues.

• Document completed work in production logs or digital systems.

• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety procedures.

• Adhere to environmental, health, safety, and quality guidelines to maintain a compliant and hazard-free work environment.

• Keep work areas clean and organized in alignment with housekeeping and GMP expectations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
