Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Maintenance Manager role in Cincinnati, OH. Key Responsibilities:- Lead, plan, and oversee all maintenance operations, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians to ensure high performance and skill growth.
- Ensure optimal performance and reliability of production equipment, utilities, and facility systems.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to align maintenance priorities with production goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies (e.g., OSHA, HACCP, GMPs).
- Manage maintenance budgets, inventory of spare parts, and relationships with outside vendors and contractors.
- Maintain accurate documentation for maintenance activities, work orders, inspections, and equipment history.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, safety, and cost efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or bachelor’s degree in engineering, maintenance management, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with prior leadership or supervisory experience required.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
- Proven ability to lead teams, prioritize work, and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as business needs require.
- Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning is a plus.
