Technology Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Technician with strong mechanical and electrical expertise to support our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for leading maintenance activities, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring the reliability of facility systems and production equipment. The ideal candidate will have advanced technical skills, leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Perform and oversee preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems, including HVAC, electrical panels, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues on production and facility equipment.
• Lead installation and commissioning of new machinery and facility upgrades.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Mentor junior technicians and provide technical guidance to the maintenance team.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

• High school diploma or equivalent OR relevant technical experience; technical certifications or associate degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical repairs, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions (heat, noise, etc.).
