The Grinder plays a critical role in ensuring Hollaender Manufacturing produces high-quality, defect-free products delivered on time to our customers. Position-Specific Duties

• Manually grind aluminum castings using a belt grinder
• Remove all parting lines and gate connections to ensure smooth, finished parts
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience: No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided

• Stand and/or walk for up to 100% of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Perform frequent, repetitive hand and arm movements
• Work in areas with elevated noise levels
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
