CNC Machinist 3rd Shift

Operates CNC machines to produce accurate parts efficiently and ensures consistent quality throughout production.

Sets up and programs machines for first article parts, selects appropriate tools and materials, and performs precision machining.

Inspects parts, uses measuring tools, and fine-tunes machines for quality; troubleshoots and resolves machining problems.

Performs basic preventive maintenance on equipment and tooling to maximize uptime.

Must demonstrate strong self‑management, planning, problem‑solving, and accountability to meet production goals.

Expected to be flexible, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.

Frequently stands, sits, twists, grips, and operates controls; occasionally lifts up to 50 lbs and pushes up to 300 lbs.

Works primarily indoors, with occasional exposure to high temperatures, chemicals, noise, and industrial materials.

Requires 1–2 years of CNC machining experience, blueprint reading skills, and knowledge of fabrication and welding symbols.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; welding certification preferred but not required.
