We are looking to fill a third shift full‑time position in our packaging department. You will be partnered with an experienced operator and receive on‑the‑job training to learn the skills needed for a fulfilling career in the printing industry.

• Independently monitor, operate, and adjust various packaging equipment in multiple areas according to procedures.
• Accurately complete all necessary production packaging paperwork.
• Compare documents to ensure that the customer receives accurate inventory of items.
• Place rolls in boxes as well as other items such as spacers, inserts, etc. without jeopardizing machine production.
• Pick up rolls from the press as needed to keep machine production going.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment problems and resolve them with minimal loss of production.
• Work well with others in a team environment.
• Record time and production for job costing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and press.
• Observe company work rules and safety regulations.
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Basic math and reading skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Physical demands include standing for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must be able to push/pull up to 100 lbs.
