Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller is responsible for evaluating the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, then safely placing them into a rolling machine for processing, and keeping the work area clean. The Mat Roller also sorts and stores the rolled mats in staging zones for klant delivery. This position runs on a performance‑based incentive wage;

meaning that the Mat Roller must

Meet or Exceed a production norm for rolling mats, and extra compensation (ex higher hourly pay) is tied to surpassing those norms.

Job Expectations and eligibility Factors:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other folks for extended time phases.
