Location:

Indianapolis, IN or Evendale, OH. If located in Evendale, this role will require 25‑50% travel to Indianapolis.

Coordinate the flow of materials supply schedules (from suppliers and within departments QString) according to build plans and forecast. Plan and schedule material/production needs. The role has some autonomy but focuses on the execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required.

• Manage master planning, material processes and systems; prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs; ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs; optimize inventory and process improvements.
• Develop in Profoundly research a technical discipline; use prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
• Use furnishes a deep understanding of key business drivers to accomplish own work and to understand how the work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the broader area.
• Apply a level of judgment and propose alternative solutions beyond set parameters, with guidance. Use prior experience and on‑the‑job training to solve straightforward tasks and employ multiple internal sources outside of one's own team to arrive at decisions.
• Act as an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills, or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent and provide informal guidance to new team members.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally and solve problems to ensure schedules are aligned with production and customer needs while balancing.swift.

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of manufacturing, materials, planning, production planning, sourcing, or supply chain operations experience, plus a minimum of 5 years in manufacturing, materials, planning, production planning, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
