NX Siemens Programmer

• Program, modify, and optimize CNC machining programs using Siemens NX software.
• Develop efficient toolpaths for multi-axis CNC machines to meet production and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, machinists, and production teams to ensure accurate translation of designs into finished parts.
• Review CAD models, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining strategies and setup requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve programming, machining, and tooling issues to minimize downtime.
• Optimize cycle times, tooling usage, and machining processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct programs prove-outs and support first-article inspections to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Maintain detailed documentation of programs, revisions, and machining processes.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in machining or manufacturing is preferred.
• Proven experience programming CNC machines using Siemens NX

• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, fixturing, and GD&T.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and CAD models.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to precision and quality.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience with multi‑axis machining and aerospace or high‑precision components is a plus.

• Competitive compensation based on experience. $65,000-$85,000 DOE.
