The Job Center Staffing is hiring for 1st shift for Steel Laborers in the Cincinnati area. This is a great opportunity for Temp to Hire .

Compensation/Shift/Benefits for Steel Laborer

• Hourly wage: $16
• Shift: Monday
  - Friday 7am-3:30pm
• Benefits include:
  Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
• Eligibility for the Work and Win program - Rent/Mortgage paid for a year

Responsibilities of Steel Laborer

• Operate cold metal press equipment to form U-bolts according to specifications
• Load drums of steel coils into production machines safely and efficiently
• Run machinery that bends, shapes, and cuts steel materials
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper performance and quality
• Inspect finished U-bolts for accuracy, consistency, and defects
• Perform basic machine adjustments and report any mechanical issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety procedures

Requirements for Steel Laborer

• Experience with machine operation (Brake press, Punch Press, Hydraulic press)
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Good work ethic as attendance and job performance are important
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Previous manufacturing experience on a resume
