Production Records Specialist; Manufacturing Support​/Engineering Technician

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Production Records Specialist to support internal manufacturing processes, engineering documentation, and day-to-day operations. This role involves reviewing and entering drawings, preparing job packets, tracking production schedules, and assisting with bill of materials development. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills and a basic understanding of manufacturing or engineering workflows.

• Review technical drawings and enter associated data into internal systems
• Maintain and update shop production schedules based on internal project status
• Prepare comprehensive job packets for the shop floor, including required materials and routing
• Build and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for custom products
• Calculate extrusion lengths for manufacturing builds using provided formulas
• Participate in internal meetings and track follow-up items or document changes
• Organize and archive engineering and production documentation in shared systems
• Occasionally assist with errands or in-office materials handling

• Prior experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or technical administrative support role preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or willingness to learn
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Proficient with spreadsheets, file organization, and internal documentation tools
• Reliable transportation for occasional off-site errands
