Finishing Operator

Description

Primary role of this 1st shift position is to set up, operate and take down equipment and machinery that is designated to the Finishing department.

• Assess daily priorities and customer deadlines.
• Set up and load machines.
• Operate equipment proficiently.
• Develop and execute efficient workflows.
• Troubleshoot problems and find a solution.
• Quality assurance on all jobs.
• Always keep an organized and clean workspace.
• Cutting, padding, binding, drilling, stitching, etc.
• Work safely.

• Previous equipment operation experience in the print industry.
• Basic computer skills.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is $19 - $21.41 USD hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
