Day Shift 7AM to 7PM
Job Responsibilities- Train and coach crew members to perform their jobs correctly and safely.
- Report any unsafe conditions or actions immediately to Supervision or the HSE Manager.
- Monitor and adjust staffing levels to ensure the plant is appropriately covered.
- Complete “Near Miss”paperwork for any unsafe condition or act.
- Participate in daily pre‑shift safety talks.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems.
- High School or GED required; bachelor’s degree in engineering technology preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting.
- Experience using an electrical meter.
- PLC background preferred.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces.
