Job Summary

DMG Product & Engineering is building a high‑performing organization to digitally transform facilities services maintenance. We are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead and shape the most business‑critical and technically complex initiatives across the organization.

This role goes beyond program execution. You will partner with Product and Engineering leadership to define program strategy, improve operating mechanisms, and resolve systemic delivery challenges across teams. You will operate in ambiguous spaces, create clarity where ownership is unclear, and influence outcomes across multiple organizations.

This is a highly leveraged role responsible not only for delivering programs, but for elevating how we deliver programs.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to shape roadmaps and sequencing across initiatives
  • Define, structure, and drive large, multi‑team, multi‑phase programs from concept through sustained execution
  • Translate company‑level goals into executable program plans
  • Identify and resolve systemic risks and cross‑functional misalignment
  • Improve operating mechanisms, planning cadences, and delivery frameworks across P&E
  • Establish scalable program management with best practices and tooling standards
  • Drive clarity around ownership, accountability, and decision‑making structures
  • Lead complex cross‑org initiatives where no clear single owner exists
  • Deeply understand technical architecture, dependencies, and trade‑offs
  • Proactively identify program risks and drive mitigation strategies
  • Make data‑informed prioritization and course‑correction decisions
  • Ensure delivery quality, predictability, and operational readiness
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
What You Need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of Technical Program Management or related experience in a software engineering environment
  • Experience leading large, technically complex, cross‑functional programs
  • Strong technical depth in software architecture, distributed systems, or platform environments
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across multiple teams and levels of leadership
  • Experience operating in ambiguity and defining both the “what” and “how”
  • Experience shaping organizational operating models or planning frameworks
  • Track record of improving delivery predictability across multiple teams
  • Experience mentoring or building TPM capabilities
  • Experience leading company‑level or portfolio‑level initiatives
  • Experience driving incident management, reliability, or operational excellence improvements
  • Ability to manage the stress of a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to meet the in‑person requirements of the team and/or business needs.
What You’ll Get

At DMG, you’ll be part of an amazing team that encourages learning, growth, and advancement. Our company has an entrepreneurial spirit that rewards self‑starters and encourages employees to take charge of their own careers.

Some of our many benefits include:

  • Health, dental and vision coverage on day 1.
  • Dollar‑for‑dollar 401(k) match up to 4% of salary with immediate 100% vesting.
  • Paid Primary and Secondary Caregiver leave.
  • Employee Assistance Program to assist with everyday challenges.
  • Paid time off to volunteer.

Divisions Maintenance Group is an equal opportunity employer.
