As a Branch Client Service Manager II, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while contributing to a culture of excellence and innovation.
How You’ll Make An ImpactIn this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring clients receive outstanding care and solutions tailored to their needs. You’ll work closely with our production team to lead the renewal process, secure existing business, and identify opportunities for growth. By building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, you’ll help drive success and foster a collaborative environment.
Here’s what you’ll bring to the role- A bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of client service or claims management experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience.
- A producer’s license and the ability to travel up to 25%.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a knack for using technology to enhance productivity.
- A talent for explaining complex issues simply and engaging in meaningful discussions.
- A self‑directed approach to managing priorities and delivering results.
- Required:
Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience – or High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience. - Producer's License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Appropriate licensing as required.
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
