• Lead and oversee Fractional CFO advisory engagements, ensuring high‑quality delivery across forecasting, cash flow management, KPIs, budgeting, long‑term planning, and strategic financial leadership.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners, CEOs, and executive teams—translating financial data into actionable strategic insights.
• Mentor, develop, and guide a team of senior‑level advisory professionals to elevate service quality and advisory impact.
• Support business development efforts by participating in prospect meetings, proposal strategy, and expanding client relationships.
• Drive practice improvements, refine service offerings, and ensure scalability, consistency, and operational excellence across the advisory practice.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;

• 15+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or advisory roles, including CFO‑level responsibilities.
• Strong leadership experience managing teams and navigating complex, fast‑paced environments.
• Deep understanding of GAAP, financial strategy, and executive‑level advisory work.
• Proven ability to build client trust, grow a market, develop business, and maintain strong professional networks.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and relationship‑building skills.
