The Director, Logistics Center of Excellence (CoE) serves as the global leader for logistics standards, performance governance, and capability development across Integra’s distribution, transportation, trade compliance, returns, systems enablement, and strategic supplier management functions. This role is responsible for establishing global processes, defining performance expectations, driving cross-network optimization, and enabling the systems and supplier partnerships required to deliver operational reliability, cost efficiency, and customer excellence.

This role builds & leads a team of functional excellence leaders covering end to end logistics, ensuring consistent implementation of best practices, strong operational discipline, and scalable logistics capabilities across all regions. The CoE Director partners deeply with regional supply chain leaders, operations teams, IT, Quality, Commercial, and 3PL partners to ensure that global standards translate into consistent execution and measurable performance.

The Director is accountable for creating the governance structures, tools, and improvement roadmap that strengthen network-wide logistics capabilities and enable Integra to scale effectively while improving service, cost, quality, and compliance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Global Standards & Governance
  • Define, maintain, and govern global standards, SLAs, SOPs, and process requirements across distribution, transportation, trade compliance and reverse logistics.
  • Establish performance governance cadences including KPI scorecards, QBRs, audits, and continuous improvement reviews.
  • Ensure global consistency in processes, compliance controls, and operating expectations across both insourced and 3PL-run sites.
Network Performance Management
  • Own global logistics KPI frameworks including cost-per-unit, service levels, cycle times, accuracy, claims, and recovery metrics.
  • Conduct deep‑drive analyses into performance deviations, develop corrective action plans with regional leaders, and ensure measurable closure.
  • Benchmark performance across sites and regions to identify best practices and standardize high‑performing operating models.
Technology Enablement & Systems Governance
  • Partner with IT to define logistics technology requirements for WMS, TMS, analytics platforms, automation, and integration tools.
  • Govern system configuration standards, master data rules, adoption expectations, and testing/rollout methodology.
  • Prioritize logistics capability enhancements and ensure successful deployment globally.
Strategic Supplier Management
  • Oversee global supplier segmentation, scorecards, QBRs, and performance escalation frameworks for 3PLs, carriers, and logistics vendors.
  • Partner with Procurement and Legal on global contract standards and SLA/KPI harmonization.
  • Lead strategic supplier innovation programs, including automation, sustainability, and digital enablement pilots.
Network Optimization & CI Leadership
  • Own the global pipeline of cross‑network optimization programs (capacity, automation, process redesign, cost‑to‑serve).
  • Build and govern a continuous improvement framework, coaching Excellence Managers and supporting use of Lean, Six Sigma, and problem‑solving tools.
  • Ensure lessons learned and improvements achieved at one site are rapidly scaled across the network.
QUALIFICATIONS Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations, or related field required.
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Experience
  • 12+ years of logistics or supply chain leadership, with a strong background in multi‑site or global performance governance.
  • Demonstrated success leading excellence, standards, or COE‑style functions.
  • Experience managing 3PL partnerships, large‑scale technology deployments, and high‑impact cross‑functional programs.
