What You'll Do
As a Property Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the resident experience and driving operational success.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing leasing and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy
- Managing daily property operations and ensuring exceptional resident satisfaction
- Leading and mentoring your on-site team
- Coordinating maintenance, vendor relations, and capital improvements
- Managing budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting
- Cultivating a strong, welcoming community aligned with Uptown's core values
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- 3+ years of experience managing Class A residential properties
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
