HVAC General Manager

JAGS Mechanical is seeking a full-time HVAC - General Manager to oversee our Cincinnati branch, providing leadership for heating, air, and refrigeration operations across Cincinnati, Dayton, Kentucky, and Indiana.

This HVAC General Manager position will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Due to the nature of our 24/7 service operations, on-call availability, overtime, and occasional weekend and evening work will be required to ensure comprehensive support for our clients and team.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $101,000 to $130,000/year
, with additional performance-based bonuses from $5,000-$30,000, a take-home vehicle, and a boot allowance.

• EPA Universal Certification
• HVAC-R experience
• HVAC Journeyman with extensive refrigeration experience

As an HVAC General Manager, you will begin each day by dispatching directly from your home, managing a team of technicians across multiple states. You will be responsible for meeting weekly revenue and gross profit targets by closely monitoring performance data and taking appropriate corrective actions. Daily responsibilities include overseeing service operations, managing and supporting technicians both in-person and over the phone, and ensuring consistent quality and efficiency in all branch activities.

You will provide coaching, identify training needs, and address any performance issues to foster a productive and accountable work environment. Your efforts will also focus on following up on business opportunities, removing obstacles to growth, and maintaining clear communication and accountability within the team. Occasional travel will be necessary to support branch and field operations.
