Project Manager Level 1

Overview

Our client, a leading organization in the retail and ecommerce sector, is seeking a Project Manager Level 1 to join their team. As a Project Manager Level 1, you will be part of the Ecommerce Business Unit supporting store operations, technology enhancements, and project execution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing multiple projects, aligning successfully within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Job Title: Project Manager Level 1

Location: Cincinnati, OH (onsite + 25% travel)

Pay Range: $55-60/hr W2

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely completion of all project tasks within scope and budget constraints.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
• Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and emerging challenges to team members and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of project objectives and enhancements.

• Proven experience in project management, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges proactively.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
