Senior Project Manager

Forge Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, high-value construction projects across our expanding development portfolio. This role oversees projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring excellence in schedule, budget, quality, and long-term asset performance while collaborating with ownership, design partners, and field teams.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in multifamily or commercial ground-up construction, proven leadership managing multiple concurrent projects, and advanced experience using Procore to drive execution, financial performance, and team coordination.

• 8+ years of progressive construction project management experience.
• Demonstrated success managing multifamily, commercial, or mixed-use ground-up projects.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
• Advanced, hands-on experience using Procore for project management, documentation, financial tracking, and collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

• Expert proficiency in Procore and familiarity with scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Exceptional financial acumen and cost-control expertise.
