Senior Vice President Sales Strategy & Marketing

Position Summary

The Senior Vice President (SVP), Sales Strategy & Marketing is a newly created executive leadership role responsible for defining and executing commercial, marketing, and growth strategies for the enterprise. Reporting to the President, the SVP will lead high-performing teams, strengthen revenue performance, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This executive will provide leadership for large-scale development overseeing marketing, leasing, and sales initiatives while ensuring alignment across multiple business lines.

Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise-wide sales, marketing, branding, and leasing strategy across multiple business units.
  • Develop and execute integrated growth strategies to drive revenue and market presence.
  • Build, coach, and scale high-performing sales and marketing teams.
  • Oversee brand positioning, marketing campaigns, digital and traditional media, and public relations.
  • Manage sales performance frameworks, incentives, and business development relationships.
  • Provide strategic leadership for complex development or multi-use projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate across business units to identify cross-functional growth opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of senior leadership experience in sales, marketing, and/or leasing.
  • Experience in real estate development, hospitality, or related multi-business sectors preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record in enterprise-wide branding, commercialization strategy, and revenue growth.
  • Experience supporting or launching large-scale or complex commercial projects.
  • Experience in a privately held, entrepreneurial, fast-growth environment is advantageous.
