The Senior Vice President, Sales Strategy & Marketing is a newly created executive role responsible for leading enterprise‑wide sales, marketing, branding, and leasing strategy across multiple business lines. Reporting directly to the President, this leader will focus on driving top‑line growth, advancing commercial strategy, and elevating brand visibility across a diverse portfolio. This position also provides strategic oversight and commercial leadership for a major mixed‑use development project.
Key Responsibilities- Lead enterprise sales, marketing, branding, and leasing functions across business units.
- Develop and execute integrated commercial strategies aligned to organizational financial goals.
- Build and develop high‑performing teams, including hiring, coaching, and incentive program design.
- Oversee digital and traditional brand presence, marketing campaigns, and public relations.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise‑level sales and marketing
- Proven success driving revenue, business development, and brand growth
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and strategic leadership skills
