• Recruit, hire, train and develop inside sales and warehouse staff to deliver excellent customer service and strong selling skills.
• Promote replacement and aftermarket products to dealers, contractors and other business segments.
• Own the local market business, achieving sales, growth and profitability targets in partnership with sales leadership.
• Maintain a customer‑ready, professionally merchandised showroom, warehouse, building and grounds.
• Coordinate with transportation providers for daily shipments.
• Prioritize and advance an ongoing Environmental, Health and Safety program.
• Tailor inventory to local market needs, maintaining accurate inventory via cycle counts and operational excellence.

• High school diploma or equivalent experience; bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Five (5) + years of related experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with strong oral and written communication.
• Physical ability to liftokom up to 50 lb.
• Expert knowledge of HVAC systems preferred.
• Strong business acumen for market positioning, promotions, customer delevery and outreach.
