As a Senior Project Manager / Practice Builder, you will:

Responsibilities

* Manage, lead, and expand practice teams for multi-discipline projects and programs of work in the fields of Land Development.

* Apply an entrepreneurial spirit to create a vision for growth in the local Land Development practice and beyond

* Leadership responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Operating with integrity and sound business principals

* Providing vision, business planning, strategy and establishing goals

* Building and maintaining positive client relationships

* Having open communication with your partners and team

* Growing and leading a Land Development practice

* Management responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Establishing and cultivating client relationships

* Making presentations

* Writing proposals and scope of work

* Establishing budgets

* Ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables, and supervising the execution of work

* Our Practice Builders manage their projects profitably, transition work to qualified staff, grow and mentor staff, and act as a positive leader and mentor

Qualifications

* 10+ years of civil engineering, design, and management of Land Development projects

* Bachelor's Degree

* Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license

* Extensive client contacts and relationships with local architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners and/or land owners

* Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D

* Business development skills, proven ability to win work, and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work

* Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization

* Ability to manage & mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner

* Demonstrated ability to manage land development projects profitably

* Excellent communication, leadership, and technical skills
