As a Program Manager Level 3, you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting various teams. • Lead the successful delivery of complex programs, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain relationships with executives, managers, team members, and vendors to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Create and manage program roadmaps, budgets, resources, dependencies, and communication plans.
• Identify, anticipate, and mitigate project and program risks proactively.
• Present project updates and strategic insights to senior management and stakeholders effectively.

• Demonstrable Program Management experience in delivering successful programs.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as agile, iterative, and waterfall.
• Experience with product-led methodology and managing large or complex projects.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and team motivation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to speak in both business and technical terms.
