Job DescriptionThis role supports a cluster of financial centers in designated markets as a market‑level resource, acting as a business owner, fostering a team environment, and instilling an effective client‑centric and risk culture. Responsibilities include operational excellence, client traffic management, business results coaching, world‑class client experience, and market‑level initiatives.

- Manage client traffic, engaging and routing clients, and fostering client retention

- 1+ years of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training and/or motivating a work team
- Ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority to achieve shared goals
- Proven customer service skills and ability to resolve problems independently or to elevate as needed
- Strong financial and business acumen, including experience interpreting financial reports to drive profitability
- Record of balancing risk and making sound decisions while achieving business goals
- Strong interpersonal skills, engaging others in dialogue, building relationships and providing personalized service
- Strong organizational skills, managing multiple responsibilities, prioritizing and delegating while delivering results
- Strong communication skills (verbal, non‑verbal, written, presentation) and active listening skills
- Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center within the defined market
- 1+ years of management experience including hiring, coaching and developing direct reports
- Experience in Consumer banking/financial services, mortgage, retail and/or hospitality
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
