Job Description

This role supports a cluster of financial centers in designated markets as a market‑level resource, acting as a business owner, fostering a team environment, and instilling an effective client‑centric and risk culture. Responsibilities include operational excellence, client traffic management, business results coaching, world‑class client experience, and market‑level initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Operate as a backup financial center leader within a market

Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training and/or motivating a work team
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority to achieve shared goals
  • Proven customer service skills and ability to resolve problems independently or to elevate as needed
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including experience interpreting financial reports to drive profitability
  • Record of balancing risk and making sound decisions while achieving business goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills, engaging others in dialogue, building relationships and providing personalized service
  • Strong organizational skills, managing multiple responsibilities, prioritizing and delegating while delivering results
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, non‑verbal, written, presentation) and active listening skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center within the defined market
Desired Qualifications
  • 1+ years of management experience including hiring, coaching and developing direct reports
  • Experience in Consumer banking/financial services, mortgage, retail and/or hospitality
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Bilingual (fluent verbal and written)
