A growing manufacturer with a national presence is seeking an AR Manager to lead its Financial Shared Services team. This role oversees billing and cash application, manages staff, and drives process improvements to ensure accuracy and efficiency in accounts receivable operations.

• Supervise and mentor AR staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Oversee billing and cash application processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Partner with Customer Service, Project Management, and Credit/Collections teams to resolve billing issues and discrepancies
• Implement process improvements, maintain procedures, and analyze data for efficiency gains
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
• 10+ years of AR or related financial experience, with 5+ years in management
• Strong knowledge of AR processes, billing, and cash application
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Proficiency with large ERP systems
