Territory Market Manager (Cincinnati, OH) – Dealer Specialties
Dealer Specialties, a division of Dominion Dealer Solutions, is seeking an experienced leader who is passionate about the automotive industry. The Territory Market Manager will oversee operations in the Cincinnati, OH territory, driving growth of the Dealer Specialties brand and strengthening relationships with local dealerships.
What You’ll Do- Expand dealer brand presence in the market.
- Lead and develop a team of account representatives, ensuring their growth and performance.
- Manage P&L and achieve financial success through performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with dealerships and dealership groups.
- Coach, review performance, and conduct quality checks for your team.
- Provide strategic guidance to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Support new product adoption through regular customer visits.
- Proven leadership experience managing route or sales teams.
- Five or more years of relationship management experience with teams and customers.
- Expertise in brand management.
- Experience leading a team of 10 or more members (preferred).
- Strong recruiting, coaching, and team‑development skills.
- Focus on results, customer satisfaction, and problem‑solving.
- Ability to motivate, build trust, and foster a positive work environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Base salary:
Approximately $60,000 annually, plus bonus/commission. Compensation factors include geography, experience, education, job demands, and market conditions. - Benefits: medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, 401(k) with up to 4% matching fully vested on day one, paid vacation, company holidays and sick leave, corporate discount opportunities.
