Project Manager - HR focused

The Project Manager will lead the transition of approximately 250 associates from a specialty unit into enterprise HR and benefits systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

$45.00/hr - $65.00/hr

• Drive the integration of a specialty retail unit into enterprise benefit plan offerings, to achieve consistency, standardization, and efficiencies in administration, technology, and associate experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Business, and Engineering teams to manage dependencies and ensure technical delivery.
• Foster synergy, alignment, and collaboration with stakeholders, providing clarity and consistent communication.
• Document issues, risks, and decisions, leading the team to develop mitigations and escalations.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with large vendors (e.g., Deloitte) leading the conversion.
• Create and deliver stakeholder reports to highlight progress, readiness, and delivery milestones, recommending and implementing plan adjustments based on stakeholder alignment.
