Custodial Technician, MKV

Maple Knoll Village, a continuing care retirement community, located in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a full-time, dedicated and reliable Custodial Technician to join our team. As a Custodial Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our employees, clients, and visitors. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The hours for this position are 7:30a-3:30p, Monday
- Friday. The ideal candidate will have some flexibility to work some holidays as needed. The pay for this $15.50-$18.25 per hour. Pay is based on prior experience.

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, hallways, break rooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust various areas of the building
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
• Replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper
• Perform routine maintenance checks and report any issues (e.g., broken equipment, leaks)
• Ensure all areas are safe and accessible to staff and visitors
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure cleanliness meets company standards

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, if required
• Must have a valid driver's license.
