This role manages preventive maintenance and work order execution, coordinates vendors, and ensures timely completion of facility needs while escalating higher-risk items and strategic decisions to the Facilities Director.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily facility support across assigned sites (repairs, maintenance requests, basic troubleshooting) and ensure timely closure of work orders.
