Maintenance Assistant

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Maintenance with a Skilled Nursing Facility, or Long Term Care Facility preferred.
• A working understanding electrical systems, HVAC systems, and various mechanical and architectural systems.
• Valid driver’s license and cleared to drive company vehicles.

• Maintaining structure of building.
• Assisting with any repairs internally and externally - includes drywalling, painting, basic plumbing, basic electrical work, assembling items like furniture, etc.
• Driving bus for maintenance or to take residents to appointments.
• Every other weekend and on call for some holidays.
