SENIOR STAR IS SEEKING A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN!

STARTING AT $22.00/HR

Monday-Friday 1:30P-10:30P with Rotating Saturdays (every 6-7 weeks)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our community's physical spaces and ensuring a comfortable environment for our residents. Your duties will include:

• Keeping the interior and exterior of the community in top condition.
• Timely completion of work orders to address resident needs.
• Preparing apartments for new residents, ensuring move-in readiness.
• Regularly inspecting and maintaining AC filters, Pull Cords, Smoke Alarms, and grounds.
• Assisting residents promptly with maintenance needs.
• Executing weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance tasks.
• Good Communication
