Operations Associate, Norwood

Gopuff is looking for Operations Associates (OAs) to join the operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs play an essential role at Gopuff, requiring drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm. Responsibilities include picking, packing, receiving products, and working with partner drivers.

Customers rely on Gopuff for their everyday essentials, day and night. We are building a team of thinkers, dreamers, and risk-takers to reshape retail faster than ever before. And it doesn't hurt if you like snacks.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers
• Receive and unpack pallets, ensure inventory accuracy, and resolve discrepancies
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
• Manage waste and spoilage following FIFO practices
• Contact customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items
• Handle, scan, and move products safely and organized
• Stand, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and walk during shifts
• Use carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move products
• Handle products containing tobacco, nicotine, or alcohol
• Work periodically in freezer locations
• Walk several flights of stairs as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in restaurant or retail (preferred, not required)
• Flexible schedule, including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd)
• Knowledge of basic web applications (e.g., Google G-Suite)
• Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
• Lift up to 49 pounds
• Availability for flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
