Who You Are

You are an experienced Community Cleaner & Groundskeeper with at least one year of professional cleaning experience and at least one year of experience as a groundskeeper, landscaper or related role. Overall, you’re responsible for maintaining the "look" of your community, through both day‑to‑day cleaning and groundskeeping activities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform groundskeeping services
• Perform housekeeping/cleaning services
• Maintain safe conditions and curb appeal throughout the property
• Deliver the highest level of service to residents and guests
• Optimize the life and value of physical assets
