We are seeking a Senior Manager-level Supply Planning Leader to play a critical role in driving transformation within our end-to-end supply chain. This individual will translate demand plans into executable production plans in close partnership with manufacturing sites, while leading organizational change as part of a broader transformation program.
This is not a steady-state planning role. We are looking for a leader who will challenge the status quo, address systemic issues at their root cause, and elevate supply planning capabilities within a more interconnected S&OP/IBP environment.
Strong expertise in SAP S/4
HANA (S4) is required
, as this role will support process standardization, system adoption, and capability building aligned with our digital transformation roadmap.
- Translate demand plans into constrained and unconstrained production plans in partnership with factories.
- Lead the supply planning team through process and system transformation (SAP S/4
HANA environment). - Drive behavioral and operational change across a more interconnected end-to-end planning process.
- Identify systemic supply and planning issues and eliminate workarounds by addressing root causes.
- Develop and execute corrective action plans to fix issues at the source.
- Strengthen alignment between Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Commercial teams.
- Lead Supply Review meetings as part of the S&OP/IBP governance model.
- Improve service levels, inventory productivity, and overall supply reliability.
- Coach and elevate team capability, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
- Support long-term network and production planning strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–12+ years of progressive supply chain experience within FMCG or complex consumer goods environments.
- Proven experience at Senior Manager or Supply Planning Lead level.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4
HANA (S4) in a planning or transformation context (required). - Demonstrated leadership in supply chain transformation or system implementation initiatives.
- Strong experience in S&OP / IBP processes within an interconnected end-to-end supply chain model.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive sustainable change.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder influence skills.

- Onsite presence is critical to effectively lead teams through transformation and change.
