Corporate Attorney
Bricker Graydon Wyatt is seeking an experienced attorney to join its growing Business Industry Group in the Kentucky and Southern Ohio markets. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in corporate law. Basic contract, corporate governance, and merger and acquisition experience is required. Experience with tax and securities is a plus. Office location may be flexible.
Responsibilities- Support the Business Industry Group in Kentucky and Southern Ohio markets.
- Manage multiple assignments and projects, working with multiple attorneys.
- Demonstrate strong writing, analytical, and communication skills; maintain high professional and ethical standards.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate law.
- Experience in contract, corporate governance, and mergers & acquisitions.
- Tax and securities experience is a plus.
- Excellent academic credentials and high ethical standards.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong project management skills.
