Overview
Real Estate Attorney - Transactions Bricker Graydon Wyatt is currently seeking an experienced attorney to join its growing Real Estate team in the Cincinnati, Lexington and/or Louisville markets. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years’ experience representing public and private companies on sophisticated real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and dispositions, retail and industrial leasing, land use, zoning and real estate development matters.
This position will require familiarity with property due diligence, title and survey review, experience working with title companies, and some experience interpreting local codes and ordinances. Experience representing both borrowers and large financial institutions in complex real estate finance transactions is a plus. We expect the successful candidate to have experience first-chairing real estate transactions and working directly with clients.
Office location may be flexible.
Responsibilities- Represent public and private companies on sophisticated real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and dispositions, retail and industrial leasing, land use, zoning and real estate development matters.
- Conduct property due diligence, title and survey review, and work with title companies; interpret local codes and ordinances as needed.
- Involve experience in real estate finance transactions; experience representing both borrowers and large financial institutions is a plus.
- First-chair real estate transactions and work directly with clients.
- 8+ years of experience representing public and private companies on sophisticated real estate transactions.

- Experience interpreting local codes and ordinances; knowledge of real estate finance transactions is a plus.

- First-chairing real estate transactions and direct client interaction.
- Excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively; strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple assignments and attorneys.

Bricker Graydon Wyatt is proud to offer a competitive total rewards package. The anticipated pay range for this role is $175,000-$200,000. The actual salary for this position will be determined based on several job-related factors, including background, experience and education, consistent with applicable law.
