• Salary: $52,000 - $70,000 yearly, including bonus (hourly position based on 40 hours per week)

• Conduct initial client intake and manage case documentation.
• Follow up with clients regarding medical treatment updates.
• Open claims and notify insurance companies, health plans, and other relevant parties.
• Request and review medical records, bills, and lien verification documents.
• Draft legal documents, including complaints and discovery materials.
• Assist attorneys with discovery processes and trial preparation.
• Prepare comprehensive insurance demand packages and damage summaries.
• Handle medical debt negotiations and ensure final lien closures.

• Proven experience in the plaintiff or defense-side personal injury field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of online legal resources and tools.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
