About the RoleWe are seeking a full-time, in-person Receptionist / Legal Assistant to join our Cincinnati office. This role is the first point of contact for clients and visitors and plays a vital part in ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, client-focused, and comfortable supporting attorneys and paralegals with administrative and legal tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and empathy
- Answer and route incoming calls; manage voicemails and messages
- Schedule appointments and maintain attorney calendars
- Assist with client intake and maintain accurate client information
- Prepare, format, and file legal documents and correspondence
- Manage physical and electronic case files
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies as needed
- Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative and clerical tasks
- Maintain front office organization and ensure a welcoming environment

- Prior experience in a law office, administrative, or receptionist role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Professional demeanor and client-first mindset
- Proficiency with office technology and legal software (preferred)
- Personal injury experience is a plus
