Personal Injury Attorney – Cincinnati, OH (onsite). Our client is hiring an onsite Personal Injury Attorney. (Candidates must have active Ohio Bar admissions).

Our client is a personal injury law firm with a wonderful reputation and 30+ years of experience.

Salary range is $75K-$145K (Flexible/Negotiable DOE) + lucrative commission & annual bonus plan. Income expectations in first year is ~$225k+. This role includes full benefits, 401k, PTO, room for growth and other perks.

Make court appearances, as necessary.

Prepare all pre-trial documents. Compile all possible information, evidence, and documentation, including medical records and bills, loss of earnings documentation and change in lifestyle information, that will help the legal department build a case. Communicate with clients and assist in preparation for depo/trial. Negotiate claims.

Ohio Barred Attorney. At least 1 year of experience handling personal injury cases. Preference for candidates with the ability to work across multiple jurisdictions. Trial experience is preferred. Ideally having a history of producing at least $1M or more annually in legal fees and pre-litigation attorneys (preferred).
