Our Corporate Affairs department is seeking an experienced Attorney for our growing team. Corporate Affairs acts as in‑house counsel for Medpace and its subsidiaries. Areas of legal practice include corporate governance, employment matters, global privacy, litigation, and other areas as assigned.

• Provide or arrange for legal services supporting enterprise‑wide or entity‑wide functions.
• Act as a point of contact for matters of global privacy, data protection, and compliance.
• Advise on US Securities Law, government contracting, and immigration matters.
• Review and draft contracts and manage third‑party contracting processes.
• Identify appropriate outside counsel and oversee/coordinate outsourced legal work.
• Identify potential legal issues in operations, strategic planning, and business development, and bring them to management with recommendations to minimize risk.
• Maintain current knowledge of regulatory requirements and court decisions and advise management accordingly.
• Ensure SOPs promote compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Focus on general corporate matters with emphasis on compliance and global privacy.

• Juris Doctorate with 3idro 5 years of experience at a law firm or in‑house.
• Knowledge of corporate compliance and governance, contracts, collections, or general litigation is preferred.
• Experience with corporate governance and securities transactions preferred.
• Experience with US or internal labor and employment law preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
