This is a full‑time or part‑time, on‑site role for an Account Manager, based in Hillsboro, OH. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, managing insurance accounts, and addressing customer inquiries. Daily responsibilities include providing personalized support to clients, assisting with policy renewals, processing policy changes, and handling claims. The role also involves identifying opportunities to cross‑sell and upsell insurance products, ensuring clients have comprehensive coverage tailored to their needs.

• Strong skills in customer service, client relationship management, and effective communication
• Experience in policy renewals, claims processing, and account management in the insurance sector
• Knowledge of various insurance products including general, home, auto, and commercial insurance
• Ability to cross‑sell and identify customer needs for insurance products
• Proficiency in organizational and time management
• Experience in using insurance CRM tools and other relevant software is a plus
• Licensing in Property and Casualty Insurance preferred or willingness to obtain
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
