Role Description

This full‑time, on‑site role located in Cincinnati, OH is for an Information Technology Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving IT sales by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and providing strategic technology solutions tailored to client needs. Key tasks include managing client accounts, building and maintaining long‑term client relationships, and collaborating with technical teams to align solutions with business objectives.

The role also involves presenting and demonstrating the value of IT products or services to potential and existing customers while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in IT Sales with a strong understanding of Information Technology solutions and services.
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Account Management to identify opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Effective communication skills for presenting solutions, negotiating with clients, and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Results‑oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales processes is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred, although equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Knowledge of managed IT services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity is a plus.
