** Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Insights Analyst, Statistical Analyst, or Analytics Specialist
** to join our onsite team in Cincinnati. If you excel at transforming data into clear, actionable insights and enjoy working face‑to‑face with cross‑functional partners, this role is for you.

** What You'll Do*
* + Perform  
** exploratory data analysis (EDA)
** to uncover trends, anomalies, and key business drivers.

+ Translate complex findings into  
** clear, concise insights
** for business, technical, and executive audiences.

+ Build, maintain, and enhance  
** Power BI dashboards
** and visualizations used for key decision‑making.

+ Use  
** SQL and Python
** to work with large datasets, automate workflows, and create analytical solutions.

+ Apply statistical techniques such as regression, predictive modeling, or causal inference.

+ Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (product, operations, finance, engineering, etc.) to define metrics, support business questions, and align on strategy.

+ Improve data quality, data processes, and the reliability of reporting assets.

+ Manage analytics projects from initial problem definition through final delivery and adoption.

+ Ability to translate data into insights that non‑technical stakeholders can act on

+ Independent problem solver with curiosity and attention to detail
