The Technology Specialist provides frontline and advanced support for district technology systems, hardware, and applications. This role collaborates with Technology teams and vendors to resolve issues, supports and/or lead district projects, documents procedures, and ensures consistent alignment with district technology standards and policies. The Technology Specialist plays a critical customer-facing and backend role by delivering timely, professional, and high-quality support and services to users across the district.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field;
  Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience providing application, technology, and end-user support.
• Experience with modern technology hardware and software environments.
• Valid Ohio driver's license.

Working Conditions: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, 260 days per year. Starting salary of $24.04 per hour, based on verified previous experience. View an attachment for any special requirements and job description under "Apply/View Open Positions" at
